The Glyos System Expands with New Joints
Matt Doughty (Onell Design) sent me photos of a completely new set of joints for the Glyos System action figures. I got a sneak peek at these a few months ago when I visited Matt, but now I get to share the latest photos of these new parts. I posted a Flickr set for those of you who want a peek at the larger images. All I know is I’m gonna order tons of these once they’re released as packs.

Matt says:
The basic info is that they will be an accessory pack that is akin to the Phase Arm/ Gobon Blaster set and will be at an affordable price for building options. These are the near final designs and will be slightly tweaked in the final production run. The idea behind the joints is super simple, just wanted to explore some new ways to build and keep the aesthetics in the same vein as the existing toys -but with a touch of something fresh. They should be ready to roll in a few months.

It looks as though the joints themselves continue the asymmetrical aesthetic of the Gendrones. Is that true, or are my eyes just playing tricks?
