Star Wars: Imperial Commando Novels?
I haven’t read or followed the various Star Wars Expanded Universe novels in so long that this book was a surprise. Written by Karen Traviss, author of the Republic Commando novels*, the cover description makes it sound like this book continues that series.
Looks like I’m gonna be reading some more Star Wars books soon.
The book picks up following Republic Commando: Order 66. While there was supposed to be a second Imperial Commando novel, it was canceled due to canon issues from the Clone Wars Cartoon. Omega squad has not be seen or talked about in the Cartoon, but Delta Squad did appear for a brief minute
Screw the Clone Wars cartoon, it destroys so much already established, better written canon. And Karen Traviss knows Mandalorians better than Lucas does.
