12-Inch Scale Cobra Officer Up for 2nd Chance at Sideshow Collectibles

By now you’ve probably read my reviews of the 12-inch scale G.I. Joe Cobra Trooper (review here) and Cobra Commander (review here) action figures. These are both great toys but I know many people missed them (both because of cost and because they sold out fairly quickly).
