1961 Life Magazine Advertisement Includes Stratego
A few months ago I posted a 1962 Milton Bradley ad that gave us a peek at Stratego (Amazon.com search*), and as I searched the Google archives I thought I had uncovered all of the Stratego ads and articles online. Well, turns out the trick is to search for other things, such as “Candy Land” since that’s what it took to uncover this 1962 Life magazine advertisement. $5 for Stratego in the original U.S. edition? Sold!
