1977 Star Wars Escape from the Death Star Game Commercial
Kenner may not have been able to release Star Wars action figures in time for Christmas in 1977, but that didn’t stop the company from taking advantage of their license and producing lots of not-so-great things. Things like the Escape from the Death Star boardgame, which wasn’t very good. In fact, the most fun you can probably have with the game is watching this classic commercial. Trust me, the commercial is faster and far more entertaining than actually playing the game.
