1977 “Star Wars Toys Sold Out” Newspaper Article
After yesterday’s Star Wars “Early Bird Kit” post you may think we’ve found all of the old articles about Kenner’s 1977 promise to children and parents. Nope, because here’s a variant on the “Yule Gifts in Time for Easter†story I posted last month. The bulk of today’s find is identical to that earlier shared article, but if you read closely you’ll find the text changes toward the end of the story.
