1983 Lili Ledy Star Wars AST-5, Tri-Pod Laser Cannon, and Vehicle Maintenance Energizer Catalog Spread
As I collect together material for my book on Kenner Star Wars Mini-Rigs I’m uncovering and buying some strange things, the most recent of which was (unauthorized) scans of Mexican toy company Lili Ledy Star Wars catalogs from the eighties. I hesitated a bit in spending a couple of bucks on eBay to buy what are basically (bad) scans of old catalogs, but curiosity quickly won out and I took a chance on the PDFs.
Here we see two pages from the 1983 Lili Ledy Star Wars: Return of the Jedi catalog showing the AST-5 mini-rig (review here) as well as the Tri-Pod Laser Cannon and Vehicle Maintenance Energizer accessories. Over in the rebelscum.com forum thread I created for the book project it was suggested that these accessories get included in the book, but I would prefer to hold them for a possible later book if this first work goes well.
Anyway, enjoy this peek at a Mexican Star Wars catalog from 1983, and as I have more of my book to share I’ll be sure to post updates.
