I shared an old G.I. Joe Whale ad yesterday, and now it’s time for another look at the toy as it appeared to kids in the eighties. This 1984 Spokesman-Review newspaper includes a full-page ad for Skaggs and ‘Holiday Specials,” and right there on the page is that incredible G.I. Joe hovercraft toy.
