1984 Super GoBots Commercial

I’ve made no secret of the fact that I didn’t collect or care for GoBots toys as a kid. I was way more into Transformers, even if I did enjoy some of the bad transforming robot lines of the time, and as a Transformers fan I basically ignored the existence of GoBots for decades.

Bad idea on my part, because the more I look into the old line the more fun things I encounter. Transformers toys clearly are the superior design, but there’s something special about GoBots and their goofy charm that makes these old designs and toy commercials a lot of fun.
