Back in late 1984 and all of the way through early 1986 the Hasbro Transformers series was dominating the toy shelves, and not surprisingly at all several licensed products were produced to take advantage of the popularity of the toys. What is surprising to me, though, is that still images were used by ViewMaster to create such a simple toy.

Not exactly the greatest commercial ever made, but when I stumbled across it I didn’t even remember ever knowing that this existed so I just had to place it here so I would never once forget it.
