1986 Judge Dredd Comic Ad
When I uncovered issues of Strontium Dog a few months ago (first mentioned here) the absolute best part of each comic was the advertising. This January 1986 ad for Judge Dredd comic books from Eagle Comics clearly shows why the ads are so very fun. I think this ad is from before my first encounter with Judge Dredd . . . but it couldn’t have been much later in 1986 before I read my first Dredd comic book.
