1986 Steel Monsters Newspaper Ad, and Look at Those Prices!!!
We’ve seen Tonka’s Steel Monsters toys before (search for “steel monsters” at battlegrip.com), but whenever I run across a newspaper ad as incredible as this 1986 ad you had better believe I’m gonna share. Under $10 for the Destroyer Half-Track? The Masher Grader for under $9? Holy hell are these prices low! One figure alone is $20+ these days if you want a packaged one, and the vehicles are way more than that.
