1987 BattleTech Miniatures Advertisement

Almost one year ago today, I posted a 1987 Ral Partha ad for the BattleTech miniatures line where I mentioned how sad it is that the original mech designs were taken from us. I understand the reasons that the “unseen” mech designs happened (see this post), but that doesn’t soften the blow and doesn’t make me miss the Stinger design shown in the below Ral Partha ad any less. It really sucks that Fasa and Playmates couldn’t come to an agreement to keep these “unseen” mech designs in the BattleTech universe.
