1987 Cyborg Commando RPG Ad
The Dragon Magazine CD Archiv* is a near-limitless source of entertainment and one of the best buys I’ve made over the years. Thousands of pages of magazine content, including ads, means that almost every time I flip through one of the digital issues I find something amazing.
For example, this November 1987 ad for Gary Gygax’s Cyborg Commando roleplaying game. You may remember I mentioned this game last month, but unless you tracked down info on the game you probably didn’t realize just how cheesy it is. This ad should make it clear that the game is extremely silly and odd.

I’d love to have this game if only for the sheer gonzo nature of the theme. I DO have the novel (was their only one?) which is 100% bonkers. <3
