1987 Ral Partha MechWarrior and BattleTech Miniatures Advertisement
This Dragon magazine ad from July 1987 takes us once again to Ral Partha’s line of BattleTech miniatures, but this time around we’re also treated to human character minis for use with the MechWarrior roleplaying game. What stands out as most amazing, yet again, has to be the prices for the miniatures. A pack of three miniatures for only $3.50? That’s crazy low relative to today’s pricing . . . well, at least it looks low. If we adjust for inflation, that’s equivalent to $7.50 today. A decent price, but not as great a deal as it first seems.
