1994 BattleTech Animated Series and Animated Series Sourcebook Advertisement
Fans of Tyco’s BattleTech toys of the nineties (find at Amazon.com*) will love this 1994 ad for the cartoon and game sourcebook. The 1st Summerset Strikers sourcebook* was the bridge between the Fasa game and the cartoon/toy series, but unfortunately the push into a wider audience failed and the cartoon was soon off the air.

Cool find! I came across a bunch of late 80s/early 90s Battletech novels at Goodwill the other day, so I’m in a bit of a MechWarrior mood right now.
@Jester – Some of those old novels still stand up great. For new BattleTech, maybe take a peek at the video game on Kickstarter. I don’t think the game is out yet, but what I’ve seen so far is looking neat.
