1996 BattleTech CCG Ad: “No Apologies.”

This 1996 advertisement for the Wizards of the Coast BattleTech trading card game (find at Amazon.com*) may look familiar. You’ve possibly seen this exact advertisement before, or you’re remembering the similar ad for the game that I posted last fall. This ad is a sequel of sorts to that earlier ad, showing the results of the Mad Cat ‘mech’s assault on fantasy characters that look to be straight from the Magic: The Gathering collectible card game.
