2007 Ad for Dark Horse’s Hellboy Animated Merchandise

Out of a 2007 issue of ToyFare magazine comes this attractive ad from Dark Horse’s Hellboy Animated line. After all these years I’ve still not watched the animated Hellboy films. That strikes me as a mistake I really should correct. I get the impression that the experiment must not have gone well — it has been nine years since one of these animated films was released — but that’s probably got more to do with the oddities of mass media than anything regarding the quality of the films.
