25% Off Milton Bradley’s Dark Tower Electronic Boardgame in 1981

When I bought my copy of the Dark Tower boardgame about a decade ago, I can promise you that the game wasn’t 25% off. This is one of those hard-to-find games from the eighties that still demands a pretty penny, despite the fact that this 1981 newspaper ad lists the game on sale.

Why has such an expensive game never seen a resurgence and re-release? No idea, but the 1984 court case probably doesn’t help us give the game a comeback in today’s market.
