3.75-inch Scale F-14 Pre-Orders at Bad Cat Toys

So you’re a 3.75-inch scale military action figure fan with $400 and nothing to buy. Well, how about this over three foot long F-14 Black Knights fighter? You’ll even have $10 of that $400 left over . . . man, I still can’t believe the prices on some of these toys but I can’t deny that every time this design pops up in my mail (last mentioned here) I stare at it and dream. I don’t even know where I would put this thing if I had it; hang it from the ceiling, sure, but it would take up so much space I’d probably have to duck just to get past it.

The big 1:18 scale news this week is the upcoming debut of the JSI S2 F-14 Tomcat in the VF-154 markings. These F-14s will all have internal lighting and a whole new set of ordinance. Amoung the loadouts now possible will be GBU-16, GBU-24, AN/AAQ-14s, LANTIRN, and AIM-54s, along with the usual Sparrow, Sidewinders, and Phoenix missles. We are offering this great jet either a la carte or as a combo with metal landing gear. The delivery date has been posted by the distributor as March. Preorders have been re-opened and we’re going to special order each plane, so please get your order in soon!
