Galoob and Star Wars in 1998
I’ve talked before about how Galoob’s work with Star Wars helped drive the success of the brand in the nineties, so you shouldn’t be at all surprised that I spend some of my time searching for more info on Galoob. Part of my online research recently uncovered this Boys’ Life magazine page. From December of 1998, the bit I love most about this brief piece is how Galoob still had an identity; by the time of publication Hasbro had already announced that it was buying Galoob.
