Spotted Online – Space Pussy Vinyl Toy at Kickstarter

You likely remember the Ollie Kickstarter project I posted about a few days ago (mentioned here). Well, Ollie isn’t alone in taking advantage of the Kickstarter website. Artist Mike Gray is attempting to bring his Space Pussy character to life as a vinyl toy.

The goal is $15,000 and so far about 1/3 of the amount has been pledged. There’s no telling whether or not this will succeed, but it’s very cool to see artists using the site to create toys. I’d love to see more artists/toy designers use this system to bring their designs to life. It’s less of a risk and it gives fans a chance to participate in bringing what they love to life.
