Charles Kaufman’s Secret Resin Monsters

Artist Charles Kaufman (website, Twitter), has posted photos of his latest project, a resin monster. The shots show the sculpt and mold-making, so we’re still waiting on painted figure shots. What’s here is looking very odd, though. And odd is always good.

“Over the last few months I have been “secretly” working on a series of new art objects in which I make sculptures out of clay, then make molds of the sculptures so that I can create limited-edition multiples of each sculpture to be hand painted by me.”

I’ll try to remember to post pics of the finished monsters once I spot them online.
