Avalman the Volcano Monster at Nerd City

I’ve been sculpting a new toy, creating every part on my own, and I’ve started posting photos of the work-in-progress over at Flickr, Skullbrain, and the October Toys forum.

Well, this morning my new toy design got some time on the web over at Nerd City. It’s weird and cool to see my work on other websites . . . I’m used to seeing my work/name appear across the web for games, but toy design is completely new to me. And fun!

More photos as this guy comes together. Some of the feedback at Skullbrain suggests that this is more tree than volcano, and I’ve had some suggestions on how to make it look rockier.
