I haven’t bought any, but each time I encounter the LEGO Hero Factory figures in a store I stop and scan through them. I know they’re not made of standard LEGO pieces, but they sure look cool enough that I’m constantly tempted to buy one. I keep resisting, though, because once I buy one then I’m doomed. This LEGO Hero Factory Von Nebula Figure* at Entertainment Earth is one figure from the line, and he’s a pretty good example of why I keep looking at the entire series.

i bought the yellow one for my son the other day, they’re surprisingly large and far better quality than i remember from the original bionicle.
id say start with a cheaper one of the villains that way if you are disappointed your not out as much $$.
They are alright. If you know Bionicle, you know the drill. The only thing I like less about Hero Factory is that they made many of the hands and weapons one piece – so instead of an individual articulated hand and a weapon, it’s one massive unpainted piece of plastic.
