Spotted Online – Translucent Purple Cyclonus
I am very, very happy that I have this upcoming Cyclonus on order, because the translucent purple version is gonna look fantastic with the basic Transformers Universe Cyclonus (review here), the recolored Cyclonus presented as Strafe (review here), and the other various repaints of the toy I’ve got in my collection. Seibertron has pics of this and the other Decepticon and Autobot repaints coming next spring in the new 3-packs.
Damn, I think I want that Rodimus recolor.
I think that’s the best looking version of the Galvatron mold too.
I wonder if I could recoup some of the cost by selling Kup and the Junkion, since I’ll be fine with the domestic versions?
@Seth L – I was thinking the same thing about Kup and the Junkion. I suspect those two will be unloved and everyone will want that Rodimus.
Wow!! That looks insane! The Hot Rodimus looks awesome as well.
Any idea on the price point? I have a feeling they’re going to be out of my range.

Looks like selling the Junkion wouldn’ be tough. Any takers for the Kup? And how do we work it since right now there’s two who want the Junkion and only one in the set?
I’d love to find a way to split the costs and keep just Rodimus.
@Jason – TFSource has the three packs for $120/each. (Then add shipping.) I ordered the Decepticon pack at Robot Kingdom and it was under $110 (including shipping).
Wow, Robotkingdom usually savages me on shipping. That’s a much more palatable price.
