Kotobukiya Star Wars ArtFX Statues at New York Toy Fair 2011

The Kotobukiya ArtFX Statues are absolutely amazing pieces of art (search ArtFX Statues at Amazon*). I reviewed the ArtFX Clone Trooper statues back in 2009 and I’ve been seriously tempted by the Stormtroopers (mentioned here) but have yet to buy any . . . at least until I saw the display at Toy Fair.

The Stormtrooper two pack* is $75, which doesn’t seem bad at all until you start thinking about how many two-packs it would take to assemble this display.

And the upcoming Boba Fett and Darth Vader pieces would absolutely be necessary to display with the army of Stormtroopers.

Amazing stuff.
