Offer Expires May 31, 1981
One more for Star Wars Day. I’d love to see Hasbro creating Star Wars commercials like this today. Hell, I’d like to see them offer some cool mail-away stuff for us.

I like that commercial because the announcer is so calm and collected. Very pleasant and a joy to watch, not some snot-nosed kid screaming that I need to buy the toys.
Er, do you think that if I haven’t received it yet, that it might still be in the mail?
Nah. I totally got and remember this set. Star Wars was so crazy – I got my mom to buy me duplicates of main characters just for the proofs to get the set. My dad wanted to just rip the proofs off in the store, but I insisted we buy the figures.

My brother and I sent away for the Survival Kits but moved before they arrived.
