Do you remember yesterday when I talked about avoiding some games? Well, another example of a game that I’ve been shying away from is the Dead Space series* because it sounds like one of those games that I could lose myself if. And none of us need me to get lost again.
So yet again I can safely look at things like this Dead Space Series 2 Action Figure Case* and be completely safe. My inexperience with the property saves me from myself, which is amazing because I very rarely save myself from anything.
In Dead Space, the player takes on the role of an engineer named Isaac Clarke, who battles a polymorphic, virus-like, alien infestation which turns humans into grotesque alien mosnters called “Necromorphs”.
This case of 8 individually packaged action figures includes (subject to change): 5x Isaac Clarke (with LED light features) and 3x Necro Villain (with detachable limbs).
I started these games recently and did indeed get lose in them. They’re awesome.
I’ve got the second one waiting in the wings. The first game was fantastic. As far as toys go, though, both are excellent even if you have no knowledge of the property. Just sayin’ 🙂
