Centipede Press is Dangerous
Last week I mentioned A Lovecraft Retrospective (mentioned here), an expensive, high-quality artbook devoted to Lovecraft’s work. I don’t have one yet (if I ever will), but discovering the book led me to the publisher’s website. And Centipede Press is a site I need to avoid, because they publish nothing but beautiful books. I want them all!
Anyone who loves artwork and books as art needs to avoid this website. With books priced in the hundreds of dollars exploring this site could lead to a day in which we’re all homeless and pushing around shopping carts loaded with beautiful books. Which might just be worth it . . .
