Thank You to Cemetery Dance for Great Customer Service
It’s always frustrating when an order arrives and is wrong or missing items, but I’ve gotta give Cemetery Dance Publications (website, Twitter) a big public thank you for the way they handled a recent ordering error. You see, one of the books I ordered wasn’t packed in the box and almost as soon as I e-mailed them to say “whoops” the word was in that my order was being corrected.
No “prove it.” No complaints. Nothing but a friendly and honest “we made a mistake” and a promise to ship the missing item immediately. I even offered to order another book right away to help them save on shipping (small companies need to do all they can to survive) but was told that the replacement was already being processed.
So thank you to Mindy at Cemetery Dance. It’s always great when a company takes responsibility and immediately corrects a mistake.
I, too, have found the customer service at C.D. really great, and I am very appreciative of Mindy.
However, I sometimes wish that editions arrived faster, and that we saw more issues of the magazine. But when they do arrive, it is all quality.
