Spotted Online – Metal Gear Solid Naked Snake (Cold War) Review
I’ve linked to reviews of the stunning Medicom Toys 12-inch scale Naked Snake (Cold War Version)* twice before (Toy Haven review, Superheroes Base review), but that doesn’t mean that I can’t point everyone at yet another review of the same toy.
Take a look at the review at What’s Your Obsession and then ask yourself one very important question: “Why would anyone allow this toy to sit in a closet for years?” Yes, years now. Because I suck, I guess. Or because I just haven’t set aside the time to really sit down and pop this guy open. You see, when it comes to 12-inch scale action figures I find that it always takes a lot more time to really appreciate them than it does much smaller toys.
I blame the clothes. Those cloth outfits — and all of the accessories — just take forever to get on correctly. And we wouldn’t want to rush dressing our dollies, right?
Seriously, though, this toy continues to look amazing. I wonder if I should take one suitcase full of toys with me on vacation later this month. Do you think anyone on the cruise ship would give me weird looks if I sit on the deck and play with a lot of toys?
