Universal Monsters Toys by Mezco at New York Toy Fair
Okay, these look pretty impressive. Mezco Toys (website, Twitter) is showing off these awesome Universal Monsters toys at New York Toy Fair. Everyone at the booth seemed extra busy so I tried not to bother them after they gave me permission to snap photos, but what I can tell by the toys on display is that I think I want them all . . . especially the massive Frankenstein Monster toys.
Check out the Mezco Flickr set I’ve posted, and get ready for what looks to be a cool new series of toys. I mean, just take a look at how dynamic the poses are. I know that they seem to be little more them semi-articulated statues, but from what I could tell through the glass they’re some of the best of this kind of figure that I’ve seen in quite some time.

OAFE reviewer, occasional PGPoA contributor and good friend of mine Rustin Parr cannot WAIT for this line. He’s planning to buy two of each.
I’ll just be getting the Creature, because I’m a whore for that character.
@Poe – No way I want two of each, but I am sure I’ll grab a few. The giant Frankenstein might be the best of the bunch.
