Transformers United Windcharger and Wipe-Out Opened
After the headaches of locating the US Windcharger, and the pain of the toy’s transformation flaws (mine has a strange defect that keeps the roof from locking down in car mode), it’s great to say that the Transformers United series (search at Amazon.com*) Windcharger looks and feels perfect. No transformation problems, excellent look, and fantastic colors make me happy that I ordered this set.
Wipe-Out, though, came in with a minor paint problem: there’s a gob of silver on the hood that doesn’t want to come off easily. Anyone have any suggestions for how to get paint off of the toy without damaging the black beneath? This bit of silver is the only complaint I have with the toy and I would love to solve the problem.
