WordPress on iPad Test

Part of what kept me from grabbing an iPad for so long was the fact that the few times I tried to write on one it gave me headaches. The lack of a real keypad of any sort made it tough for me to type quickly. Well, as I spend more time with the device I find my typing speed increasing. It’s still not as fast as with a real keyboard or my BlackBerry, but between familiarity with the touchscreen and the auto-correct feature I’m getting faster.

The voice recognition on the iPad works much better than I was expecting. The device won’t replace my BlackBerry or computer, but I may try leaving the computer at home and just use my phone and the iPad on my next trip.

So thank you to everyone who kept pressuring me to grab an iPad. I’m finding this more useful than I expected.
