So who else is excited about these new Transformers Generations Deluxe Figures* that are due out later this summer? Shockwave is at the top of my “grab” list, but I suspect that I’ll go after all of the figures in the series as long as the price is reasonable and they’re easy to find. For anyone who doesn’t want to deal with shopping for these you can always score cases over at Entertainment Earth (where they’re now taking pre-orders).

I’m a big fan of Cybertronian Alt-mode transformers (having grown up with the Post-Transformers Animated movie toys) so odds are I’ll be grabbing at least Jazz & Shockwave from this line and put them with my other Classics guys. I’m excited for the re-paints/re-tools of these 3 molds actually, they all looked awesome.
Shockwave looks great. I’m sorta “Meh” about Jazz and IMO Optimus loos too similar to the Generations WFC Prime… but the Ultra Magnus redeco should be great though.
