Spotted Online – G.I. Joe: Retaliation Snake Eyes Review at That Figures
Yesterday I shared various snaps of G.I. Joe: Retaliation toys that I spotted in Target and Wal-Mart (pics here), but despite the fact that I should be wanting these the $9/figure ($10/figure at Target) was just too high to get me to go from looking at the toys to buying the toys. For now I think my $9/figure will go toward Power Attack Batman action figures . . . but I need to focus.
While I may be skipping G.I. Joe: Retaliation, you can still get closer looks at the various toys in the line at other sites. For example, take a look at this new Snake Eyes review at That Figures. The toy looks okay — a little too thin and wirey in a few spots for my taste — and there’s plenty of snaps and details in the review to tell you whether you should ignore this guy or rush out to Target and buy the “Ninja Showdown” set before they’re all gone.
I’m gonna continue to pass.

The key with the Retaliation figures is that they are different to what you’d expect in some aspects but look beyond that and they’re actually very good. The Snake Eyes figure, for example, actually has – to my knowledge – the most detailed articulation set-up on a Joe yet.
