Kickstarter – TOME Art Anthology

Gina first alerted me to the TOME project on Kickstarter a few days ago and I see that not only is it already funded but that it’s still grabbing supporters. A massive — 12″x18″ — comic/art anthology, the idea behind TOME is for artists to create short works inspired by a single theme. The first release is “vampires” and if you check the project now there may still be time to get in at the $75 level (only ten slots remain).

TOME is being put together by an incredible grouping of artists, writers, and musicians who are largely contributing their work as a collective through mutual support, art exchange and trade, and other non-financial arrangements. Still, it’s quite costly to produce and print a book of this massive size and quality. At 44FLOOD, we’ve secured an excellent agreement for printing and established partial distribution.
