Earlier this week the new Mortal Kombat Deluxe 7-Inch Shao Kahn Action Figure* landed at my door, a review sample from Jazwares. As someone who doesn’t really follow the Mortal Kombat series I hadn’t realized just how new the toy was/is, but it’s now at Entertainment Earth as “hot off the truck” . . . I guess I should try and find time this weekend to pop the package open and write a review. Fingers crossed that it’s a cool piece!

Looks nice, but from the pic, it looks like the shaft on his battle hammer is already bent from the vacuform packaging. That drives me crazy, especially when you get the white stress marks on the plastic (this happens all the time with Hasbro’s GI Joe figures, too).
