Spotted Online – Fall of Cybertron Optimus Prime Review at 16bit
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Amazon.com search*) releases next week, but while we wait we can all search stores for the new Fall of Cybertron Transformers toys . . . including the Optimus Prime that was recently reviewed at 16bit.com.
I can think of no clearer demonstration of how much raw materials costs have increased over the last few years than the photos of the Fall of Cybertron and War for Cybertron toys next to each other. The constantly-increasing costs of raw materials (not to mention labor cost increases) is really hitting manufacturing and it’s kinda sad that toys have to get smaller and more expensive to offset the manufacturing increases.
But that’s not what we’re here to talk about today.

Yes, but FOC Prime is still awesome. I realize I’m the odd one out with that opinion, but I like him a lot.
I like him too! He catches a lot of flak, but he’s certainly a really fun toy. Yes, its a small figure, but it doesn’t detract much for me.
