I Never Had Any Predacons

My only real complaint with the Predacons — because let’s face it, they look simply awesome — is the fact that they were such expensive pieces. Where most of the old combiner teams were made up of smaller robots (plus, usually, one larger robot), the Predacons were all bigger robots. Sure that made Predaking one giant robot, but it meant there was never any chance I was going to collect them all. So I didn’t even try.
I wonder who decided that Sky Lynx and the Predacons should always fight. Whoever it was didn’t think too hard about it because even five seconds of thinking tells you that Sky Lynx will always lose. After all, it’s robotic creature against giant robotic warrior so you know that Predaking is the clear victor in any confrontation.
It’s a little creepy that the kid in the video transforms into a robot head. Early Headmaster concept?
