Spotted Online – New iGear Mini-Warriors Prototypes
iGear’s Hench (review here) is just one great entry in their unofficial Autobot Mini-Car series . . . and more are on the way! TFormers.com has pics of three more toys in prototype form, including the not-Outback recolor of Hench (well, he’ll be in color later). I want all three of these.

I have become rather obsessed with these Mini-Warriors as of late (again, thanks to your great work). There is apparently some debate online as to the “ideal” size for these Mini-Warriors. Some say they should all be the size of Hench. Some say they should be the size of Rager (and all of his iterations). What are your thoughts?
As my Anniversary-edition Rager hasn’t come in the mail yet, I can’t speak from any experience, but I’d prefer them to all be Rager sized and priced. The prototypes all look amazing, and I totally want them (I REALLY want not-Gears and not-Beachcomber), but it would be much easier to justify my spending if they were under $20 each as opposed to $35 each. Plus, the simple transformation (my preference) seems better suited to a smaller bot.
I should have UFO and Hench tomorrow, really looking forward to them. From the reviews I’ve seen I’m going enjoy them a great deal. I don’t know if I’ll get Outback, I’m trying to cut back on repaints, but Gears looks fantastic, and I’ve always dug his deco, so I’m definitely planning on that one.
After just getting Hench, I am seriously looking forward to Gears and Beach Comber.
Finally a good looking Beachcomber.
@Paul – Happy to know I’m making a difference! As to size, I do kinda wish the new ones were smaller. Maybe somewhere between the two sizes.
@ryanlb – But repaints are fun!
