Transformers Season Four Had Promise
Search for Transformers toys at Past Generation Toys!
It’s unfortunate that the old animated series didn’t make it past three episodes into the fourth season. Even though Headmasters and Targetmasters were a little odd, that season would have included more Technobots and Terrorcons and even the Duocons — Flywheels (review here) is in the season four opening sequence (even if it’s the same animation from the toy commercial) — would have been given screentime.
Yeah, a shame. And let’s face it, season 4 would have given us more Scorponok and Fortress Maximus. And who knows, maybe a focus ep on Punch/Counterpunch and the clones. Beyond that, who knows.
