Toro Toys’ Nanoidz Action Figure Game Preview
Toro Toys (website, Twitter) has a new series of poseable, 2″ action figures in the works . . . that are part of a game! The Nanoidz are little rubbery robot fighters that are inspired by M.U.S.C.L.E. toys but also feature some articulation. There’s an overview of the concept posted online, as well as some images of the game tiles, and as a fan of both toys and games I’m curious to see how this shakes out.
Nanoidz, is a really great project we have under development right now. Part collectible mini figures like M.U.S.C.L.E. or Kinnikuman figures of old and part battle game. Difference with these 2″ figures is they are all themed robots instead of wrestlers and these guys all have 5 points of articulation, whoo! There is nothing else out there like what we have cooking up and we are very excited to be sharing some bit of info with you as development progresses.
