While not nearly as remarkable as his Mecha Azteca vinyl toy robot (mentioned here), the new Jaguar Knight by Jesse Hernandez (website) is pretty sweet and should look nice in any designer toy collection. 12-inches tall and priced at $125, the toy is up for pre-order and scheduled to start shipping before the end of this month.
