Limited Run “Geyperman” Remakes at Cotswold Collectibles

It’s not the G.I. Joe Adventure Team of Action Man of the seventies, but it’s related. Geyperman (Wikipedia) was the Spanish G.I. Joe of the seventies and, according to Wikipedia, was a Hasbro licensee that followed the Action Man model. Seriously, if you have any interest in the seventies G.I. Joe Adventure Team then you want to read the Wikipedia entry and visit geyperman.es.

Visit Cotswold Collectibles!

And after you’ve finished reading all about Geyperman then you may want to take a look at the three remakes that are available now at Cotswold Collectibles. The toys are priced at $80, come in gorgeous reproduction boxes, and are limited to runs of 150 to 350/each according to the product descriptions. Very neat!

I’ve never gotten into the foreign G.I. Joe Adventure Team-related action figures, but after looking through the Geyperman information I can totally see the appeal and understand why someone would be collecting these.

And I continue to be a sucker for that old seventies packaging artwork.
