Spotted Online – Power Lords Art Gallery at 16bit.com
I may have missed the Toy Tokyo event earlier this month, but Adam at 16bit.com took enough photos so that all of us can enjoy the show without actually attending. Click through for a look at artwork displayed at the show including 1980s artwork by Wayne Barlowe.
The word is that the original run of Power Lords toys came into existence because someone wanted to design toys based on the work in Barlowe’s Guide to Extraterrestrials* . . . I have no idea if that’s true or not, but seeing the original Power Lords artwork makes me understand why the rumor is out there.
Keep watching powerlordsreturn.com for more news on the upcoming toys.
