Spotted Online – Rumor of Mattel Helping Scalpers at SDCC

Poe Ghostal has all of the dirty news about Mattel’s Masters of the Universe art book (first mentioned here) getting handed over to the scalpers.

If this mess is true then I have no idea why Mattel would have told everyone the book was limited to two per customer. The scalpers are happy, though, since eBay is now packed with copies of the book priced at $100 and up.

I hope this story turns out to be false.
