Thank You, Gentle Giant!
Gentle Giant (website*, Twitter) really went all out to surprise me last week. You see, my Kenner Jumbo Boba Fett suffered a bit of a small disaster the first day he was on display in our living room. Coming home after work I found Fett on the floor — the figure itself was in good shape, even though it had fallen about six feet — and his weapon completely mauled by one of the dogs.
I contacted Gentle Giant in the hopes that they could sell me a replacement weapon . . . but instead they’ve notified me that they’re sending Boba Fett a new gun at no charge. They’re not even charging me for shipping!
Thank you, Gentle Giant. I really appreciate your help. Now please bring us stands for these action figures!
