Android: Netrunner Data Packs Conceal Flash Fiction
My current FlashCity Stories project on Kickstarter isn’t the only place to find cyberpunk-themed flash fiction these days. Fantasy Flight Games’ Android: Netrunner series (Amazon.com search*) has five Data Pack expansions out at the moment, and three of them include single-page flash fiction stories set in the Android world.
Now two of the packs do only include excerpts from Fantasy Flight Games’ Android novels — Android: Free Fall* and Android: Golem* — but the other three packs include original flash fiction that’s sure to help get you in the mood to play.
I love that flash fiction continues to spread, and as more and more people get tablets and smartphones I’m sure the format will just continue to grow.
